Your Content: You can provide inputs ("Input") and receive outputs ("Output") from the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not violate laws or third-party rights.

Ownership: You maintain ownership of the Input provided and own the rights to the Output generated, as long as it does not violate our policies. Similar outputs may be provided to other users due to the nature of AI.

Our Use of Content: We may use the generated content to maintain, develop, and improve our Services, as well as comply with legal obligations.

4. Paid Accounts and Payments

Billing: If you purchase paid services, you must provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancellation.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments already made are not refundable, except as required by law.

5. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a significant risk. If your account remains inactive for more than one year, we may also terminate it.

You may dispute a suspension or termination by contacting our support.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.

7. Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute between you and BeMoonAI will be resolved by mandatory arbitration, except for legal exceptions. If you do not agree with this provision, you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after creating your account.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only individually and not as part of a class action.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Services belong to BeMoonAI. You may not use our name or logo without permission.

9. Data Deletion

BeMoonAI respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your data through the following methods:
